Provides temporary email storage service should in-house systems be unable to receive inbound email for a period. This ensures email is not returned as undeliverable and allows email to be held until in-house services are restored. Our complimentery email monitoring service provides alerts to quickly highlight offline email systems. In the event of an in-house service being offline for more than a few hours, we can also provide a remote email access service, allowing users to access and reply to their emails whilst the in-house service is being repaired.
